OUTsurance recently celebrated the official opening of the Dublin office expansion at Cherrywood Business Park, marking an exciting milestone as we continue to grow our presence in Ireland. To help us celebrate, Minister of State at the Department of Finance with special responsibility for Financial Services, Credit Unions and Insurance, Robert Troy TD, joined us to officially open the new space.

Since launching in Ireland in 2024 as the country's newest car insurance and home insurance provider, we have seen strong demand from Irish consumers looking for a more straightforward, value-driven approach to insurance. To accommodate our growing team and keep pace with this demand, we have nearly doubled the size of our Cherrywood office from 19,000 sq. ft. to 36,000 sq. ft.

The expanded facilities feature a larger training centre, keeping us firmly on track to reach our target of hiring 300 team members in Ireland by the end of 2026.

Minister Robert Troy TD noted during the opening:

“OUTsurance’s expansion is a significant milestone for the company and a strong vote of confidence in Ireland’s insurance market. New entrants play an important role in increasing consumer choice, encouraging innovation and raising service standards. By nearly doubling its office space and continuing to grow its team, OUTsurance is also investing in the skills and talent that underpin Ireland’s success as an international insurance centre. I wish Peter Broome and the entire OUTsurance team continued success as they grow their business in Ireland.”

OUTsurance CEO, Peter Broome, shared how the expansion supports our commitment to high service standards:

“We set out to make insurance more straightforward and more rewarding for Irish consumers, and the response from the outset has been strong. Growing our office and building out our training facilities helps us meet that demand, enabling us to continue hiring to maintain the level of service that has defined our entry into the market.”

This surge in demand comes from a growing customer base attracted to our value-driven offer, including the OUTbonus, where customers can get 10% of their premiums back in cash when they stay claim-free for three years. Additionally, 1 in 2 new OUTsurance customers save more than €100 when switching their car and home insurance*.

To support these new policyholders, we have bolstered our sales team while maintaining a core focus on live, person-to-person support, resulting in more than 95% of calls being answered within 20 seconds.**

We want to thank Minister Troy for joining us to mark the occasion, and we look forward to welcoming even more talent to our Dublin team in the months ahead.
